Visa to Japan

We help to obtain a Japanese short-term visa of the "Temporary Visitor’s Visa" category for visiting Japan for tourism purposes. Visa processing takes from 8 to 14 days, of which 4-5 working days the passport is at the Japanese embassy.

To apply for a visa to Japan, you must

A valid passport + a copy of its first page

The passport must be valid at the time of departure from Japan. The passport must have at least 1 blank page.

Copy of your passport

Detailed program of stay in English or Japanese.

A copy of the first page of your passport is required + A copy of the page of your passport with registration and, if available, a copy of your temporary registration at the place of stay.

Two completed application forms

The application form must be printed in two copies (one-sided printing). The forms do not need to be stapled. It is advisable to fill them out in printed format.

The form must be filled out carefully and attentively. If the Embassy refuses to accept documents due to false information or concealment of the real purpose of the visit. Re-submission will not be possible for 6 months.

Two 3x4 photographs

There is no need to glue the photographs to the form.

A set of documents from the guarantor on the Japanese side: For citizens of Russia from 11.09.2022 is not required.

To obtain the guarantee documents required to obtain a tourist visa to Japan, CIS citizens must provide:

Copy of international passport
Place of work (or study), zip code, address, phone, position
Names of hotels along the route (if you book independently)
Flight details (date and flight number of arrival and departure).

The cost of visa support is 10,000 rubles per person.

After receiving all the necessary information, we will send a package of guarantee documents to your email address, which you must submit to the consular section of the Embassy of Japan with your foreign passport, a completed application form, which can be obtained at the consular section, and 2 photographs.

Transit visa to Japan

To apply for a visa, you must provide the following documents:

a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip;
a copy of the first page of the passport on an A4 page;
a copy of the pages of the internal passport (personal information and registration);
2 application forms completed in English and signed by the applicant. Application forms are filled in on a computer or by hand in accordance with the Instructions of the Embassy Visa Section;
2 color passport-type photographs 4.5 x 4.5 cm (photographs must be taken no more than six months before submitting the application);
a printout of airline tickets for the entire route or a ticket reservation (preferably with an air ticket office stamp);
a certificate from the place of work indicating the position and salary (for pensioners - a copy of the pension certificate, for students and schoolchildren - a certificate from the place of study);
for the unemployed (children, pensioners, etc.) - a sponsorship letter in free form from the person paying for the trip, and a certificate from his place of work;
a visa to the country of destination, if required;
confirmation of a hotel reservation in Japan if the applicant intends to spend more than 24 hours in the country.
